As a contribution to efforts to find a negotiated and political end to the social and armed conflict in Colombia, the Bolivarian Association of Humanitarian Affairs "Homeland is Solidarity", publishes the video and text of the document sent by the FARC-EP on the occasion of the realization of the forum: ‚ÄúAnti-Capitalist Struggle, Political Prisoners of War and Policies‚ÄĚ.¬†
